Some audiences know me as Lenora Zenzalai Helm, some students know me as Dr. Lenora or Dr. Hammonds. Friends call me Zenzalai or Le (my younger brother calls me Dr. Sis (my personal fav), but I hope you'll come to know me as your coach, mentor and friend.

 

My Story

 

From tap and jazz to hip-hop and funk, I took every dance class I could as a kid. When I decided to make fitness a priority, I thought I needed to hit the gym. It turns out I just needed to get back on the dance floor. Now I'm sharing my moves and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through virtual fitness classes.
